Massage Therapy

So I go to the Chiropractor today--a nice guy who seems to know his stuff. And he does a manipulation. I have been stretching and trying to keep up with my walking program, so I'm pretty limber. I "move" quite easily, he's pleased that I'm not so far out of alignment, and I show him the report of the MRI that says there is a partial tear in the supraspinatus muscle, significant adhesive capsulitis, and some degenerative processes that may be inflammatory process.

We have a discussion about nutrition, the lymph fluid in my arm and breast, and he tells me that he knows of someone who did alternative treatments for a blown out knee. He encouraged me that there are people out there who would be able to help me with my shoulder.

I think I am looking for someone who may be a massage therapist or physical therapist, and definitely someone who is into enery work to help me with getting my energies in balance. I am motivated and somewhat familiar with alternative concepts.

Anyone have any suggestions or references??

Thanks for all your help.
